Answer:

Some of the most common reasons for not being able to find the medication that you're looking for, are:

  • The medication you're after may not be available in our medication catalogue, as an online prescription.

  • You may have mistyped the name of the medication. We recommend checking your existing medication package, so you can enter the exact name in the search.

  • The medication maybe a Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medication. Our doctors are unable to prescribe controlled, addictive, Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medications. Some medications that IntantScripts doctors are unable to prescribe:

Diazepam, Endone, Lyrica, Stilnox, Zolpidem, Codeine (including Panadeine Forte), Benzodiazepines (including Valium/Diazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Alprazolam), Duromine, Tramadol, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Seroquel, Steroids, Vyvanse, Modafinil, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, Concerta, Sofradex/Otodex ear drops, Roaccutane, Anabolic steroids, Testosterone, Peptides, Ozempic.

If you're unable to find your medication, or unsure if it is something that we can prescribe, please book a Telehealth Consultation to speak with one of our Australian-registered doctors.
