This service includes a Telehealth Consultation with one of our doctors, with no extra charge for any prescriptions, certificates or referrals issued by the doctor following your consultation. There are no time limits or cancellation fees either.
Some things to note about our Telehealth Consultations:
These are not bulk billed or covered by Medicare rebates.
You will need a valid Medicare Card or an IHI number to book a consultation.
Our doctors are unable to prescribe prohibited, controlled, addictive or Schedule 8 medications.
Our doctors are unable to backdate medical certificates.
A telehealth consultation is not a guarantee of a prescription. Prescriptions (of specific medication, dosage, quantity and repeats) will be issued at the discretion of the consulting doctor.
