Once approved, your Medical Certificate can be accessed and downloaded from your InstantScripts account. Please ensure you're logged into your account to access this.
To find your medical certificate:
• Log into your InstantScripts account
• Tap the profile icon (top right)
• Select Medical Certificates
Your certificate can be downloaded from here.
We also email a link with your approved Medical Certificate to the email address linked to your InstantScripts account. If you requested via Apple ID, please ensure you’re logged into the same account.
Please check your junk mail, if our email with the Medical Certificate does not appear in your inbox.
