All new patients and new medication requests require a consultation with a doctor to ensure responsible prescribing under the Medical Board regulations.
Patients under 18 years of age are unable to request a prescription via our online prescriptions service. They can however request a Telehealth Consultation, for one of our doctors to discuss and issue a script if appropriate.
The medication may not be available in our medication catalogue for online prescriptions.
The medication may have some specific restrictions, like age.
Note: There is no extra charge for any prescriptions, certificates or referrals issued by the doctor following a consultation like this.
