There are a number of reasons why your telehealth consultation request may have been declined. Some of these include:
The medicine being requested is a controlled, addictive, Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medication.
Due to some of your responses on our digital consultation questionnaire.
A payment error.
You do not have a valid Medicare or IHI number.
Your request has been reviewed by one of our doctors and has been deemed as inappropriate for telehealth (requires a face-to-face consultation).
An incorrect consultation type was booked. For example, a General Consultation booking was made, for Weight Loss medication.
