How do I request my script to be sent to another pharmacy?

Answer:

If your prescription is approved, a QR code will be sent to your mobile phone and email that you can take to any pharmacy for dispensing of your medication.

We ask for you backup pharmacy in case a QR code cannot be issued to you. If this occurs, we will send your prescription directly to that pharmacy.

If you still need help, you can raise a request with the customer support team.
