If we have not received your results within that time period, we will contact you to understand if the pathology test has been conducted.

If it has been more than 7 days since the samples were collected, please share the details of the lab that you attended with our team. Use the 'Connect to an agent' option via our messenger service to chat with one of our team members. Our team is happy to follow-up with the pathology laboratory for your results.
