Yes. You can access a copy of your pathology results, once it has been reviewed and released by our clinical team.
For Pathology tests via online Pathology Referrals:
Once received from the pathology lab, your results are reviewed by our clinical team and released to you.
Once released, you can access your results by logging into your InstantScripts account >> then clicking on your name at the top right >> and then Test results.
Note: If the reviewing doctor considers it necessary to have a follow-up consultation to discuss your results, you will receive an email with a request to book a follow-up consultation.
For pathology tests referred via a Telehealth Consultation:
Once received from the pathology lab, your results are reviewed by our clinical team. Following the review, you will receive one of the following:
An email with a copy of your pathology results
or
An email with a request from the consulting doctor to book a follow-up consultation appointment.
Please note: Pathology results can take up to 5 business days to reach us. If you haven't heard from us within five business days of doing your test, please contact our support team via the messenger icon on the bottom right of the screen, with details of the pathology lab you visited, so we can follow this up for you.
