You can request an Online Prescription from InstantScripts for over 300 medications. In some cases, a Telehealth Consultation may be required. Your prescription request will be reviewed by one of our Australian-registered doctors.

NOTE: Following recent changes by the Medical Board of Australia, if you have not had a telehealth consultation with an InstantScripts doctor in the past 12 months, you are now required to have an initial telehealth consultation in order to request an online prescription.

If a prescription is approved, a QR code will be sent to your phone and email address that can be taken to any pharmacy for dispensing.

If you're ineligible, we'll recommend you complete a telephone consultation with one of our doctors to understand why.

InstantScripts does not prescribe Schedule 8 or Schedule 4D medications. Please do not request an online doctor consultation via our service if you require these medications.

Medication not prescribed include Diazepam, Endone, Lyrica, Stilnox, Zolpidem, Codeine (including Panadeine Forte), Benzodiazepines (including Valium/Diazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Alprazolam), Duromine, Tramadol, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Seroquel, Steroids, Vyvanse, Modafinil, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, Concerta, Sofradex/Otodex ear drops, Roaccutane, Anabolic steroids, Testosterone, Peptides, Ozempic.
